Wade
R. Ragas holds a doctorate from the Ohio State
University in Real
Estate and Urban Analysis and professional credentials as a MAI, SRA, and
SREA. For 30 years he directed a wide range of applied real estate research
projects at the University
of New Orleans through
the Real Estate Market Data Center. He has provided expert opinions in over
100 court cases at the state and Federal district levels as well as the
Federal Circuit Court of Claims. His fields of expertise include complex property
valuations(including class actions), real estate
market/feasibility studies, hotel/restaurant valuations, environmental impacts on property
valuations, real estate market/feasibility studies, pipeline ROW valuations,
economic impact studies, going concern business valuations and wetland need
assessments. Real Property Assocaties for the past
30 years has provided a wide range of services for large scale property
owners, lenders, law firms and corporate clients. The firm's four staff members
are domiciled in Metairie, Louisiana.
